The melodic and percussion presets virtually all  have 3 macros and the modwheel assigned - quite a few have aftertouch also assigned.

I endeavoured to keep the maximum volume of each preset around -5dBFS true peak.

​

The presets were created in Rapid 1.7 so I cannot guarantee them working in an earlier version. You can get the most up to date version of Rapid from Parawave Audio's website.
